A trailer ride might help after the banamine. The. Dr's often suggest it. I had two cases last week. I was told to try 2 cups bran and at least 1/2 cup brown sugar mixed with warm water..mushy not runny.or mix salt and water in a syringe and force him to drink it. Walking tires them out..A trailer ride. .. is better. Just an FYI for future...I keep on hand a product called Equi Spaz. It's a gas relief for colic. It we irks especially if you catch the colic early. I always give it anyway. You can get it at Inland Inland Vet Supply in Norco. Good luck.

Diamond B feed sells a colic remedy for $80. It is a drench that you pour down them. Have never tried it but some people swear by it.

It is tough for vets because so many people do not have money to spend on pets, especially rescued ones. If a vet does not charge for services, they cannot stay in business. Ask others to help contribute for the care of the dog. They collect for baby showers and birthdays at the workplace, why not this? We have used Dr Connor in Castaic for over 15 years. He is amazing. He saved me little guy from his deathbed on 2 occasions. Very gentle and honest. When we had to put our dog down he came to our home to do it. He's amazing!
