Thoughts on ear piercing for Sienna? I had mine done when I was a baby. Sienna's pediatrician doesn't do it. Want the cleanest most pain free option. Claire's? Tattoo...
Tinina P. replied:
Beth, I've been noticing Chimera Tattoo near Batam restaurant. Looks really nice and it's true tattoo places are experienced and clean.
Angie C. replied:
Tattoo Shop
Alison W. replied:
Cute shop in Los Gatos does it. Two ears at once. Can't remember the name, but it's their specialty for piercing young girls (or boys) ears. Mine were done at 4 months old. Naomi will have hers done this year or next with Anika Green
Beth T. replied:
We have used Claire's and Piercing Pagoda in the past, but now use a Tattoo shop. The tatoo artist said that a cartillage piercing for a teen was terrible to do with the staple gun. Tattoo shop is very sterile and done by a professional. You can yelp it or ask ppl... my girls have been to the place out on Fair http://chimeratattoo.com/. Any shop you want call and ask if they do children etc. The young girls at Claire's were not the best idea in retrospect.

Tell She Dr Block usually hosts free monthly discussions at LUMA on the 2 nd Tuesday (tomorrow) from 10:30-11:30. Great opportunity to meet him, ask any questions, listen to other mamas questions, and meet other moms!! I went every month for a long time http://www.lumayoga.com/lounge.html
Bart A. replied:
We had Casey Schirmer from birth to 12, and I can't imagine a better pediatrician. I know Elise Atkins as a fellow sidelines parent. If she's half as good a doctor as she is sweet, she's excellent!
Eve W. replied:
Tanya Nauenberg already was suggested and was very kind and thoughtful in high school! Great violinist!
Laura S. replied:
I loved Tracy McClay - but she was a family doc - not specifically a pediatrician - she saw Caedyn from the age of .5 until we moved. She was also my doctor - really liked her a lot.
Jolie W. replied:
Dr Gorum just moved to PAMF from Dignity. She is absolutely wonderful! Kind, patient, talks directly to the children so they feel heard.
Brij L. replied:
Josaphine Shehanna Stevenson --here you go! Thanks everybody!

Monce Z. replied:
I agree with marily Dr. Nicole Marsico. She's my daughter's pediatrician. She's in santa cruz, but she's so gentle & super nice.
Amanda G. replied:
I take mine to Casey Schirmer at Palo alto med foundation in SC...I didn't do any Vaccines until they were 6 months old because they were not in day care and were breastfeeding...he educated me and supported my decision and didn't pass judgement what so ever. Now my kids are older 9 and 13 and we still see him...its important that you feel good about your babies doctor. Its one of the things that worried me most about having kids was making sure I had a really good doctor!
Janet H. replied:
Dr Watson is wonderful!!! plus she can relate to us mothers, because she has two lil ones.

I didn't like dr. Watson (recommend above) Kain had her his first 4 months, so I changed him because she wasn't baby friendly. She scared him a few times. Dr. Watson is baby focused, super sweet, Kain liked her instantly, worth the drive
