Rain Dove Dubilewski hun this is exactly the well articulated response many would beg differ. As your statement is more then an opinion, but holds truth with an defiant leg to stand on.

Nataliia Karpenko as a beautiful and talented model and runway producer, alongside many other things, you understand the Talent Side, Technical side and Business side of things. Meta Data goes over some peoples head, if truly understood by everyone wouldn't be a debatable topic. I understand what you said, but for our silent viewers, would you expect "every single form of image" you post or contributing party members ( aka talent and production crew members) To Post in a template text form Designer: Model: Hair: MUA: Location: City: Promoter: Producer: Director: Investor: Creative Director: Photo Bomber: Escort: Plumber: Security: If this was on every single picture iphone/Android or pro cam. Would you attach this every-time?
Frank V. replied:
Nataliia Karpenko if a photographer never tells you to do not change image, then your fine. In Editing I have changed auburn lips to burnt orange and added eyeliner where MUA have messed up or didn't add. Adjusting Blush Zones as this is important. If you mess up on cheek bones one of the worse to fix at times. I do feel it only truly matters on MUA color change, when you are working with a product line doing commercial work as you are dealing with RGB (True Colors) different from Fashion. So when that make up pallet is being used, and the owner/marketing says i want color #43 not #44 a pro knows what's expected in end result. If you do edit the picture on Instagram, technically your are an contributing editor, but does not take the credit away from the photographer. Aware! some photographers suck at editing and suck at shooting, but that's another topic lol. Mock my words most photographers get mad because all they use is *LightRoom not photo shop which is more complex. So when you use Instagram, it's a basic tool mirrored after Lightroom. So you are stealing their thunder in which they thought they delivered the best product acceptable, while you deliver multiple options at times better then the usual. Designers would be the ones to complain and argue there point of view within reason, as it's not the sake of what looks good to you, but how the design piece and overall picture should be delivered to Target Audience. Designer Says, "If we are In the snow and I want a dark expression, you better not slap an orange glow filter or I'm kickin some a$$"...

Shauntee Thompson Elise YeungAgreed and so True. So if you decided to post the image, will you name drop the name every single time you post? Will you find the name of model? What if you have a Few pics and posted 4 and intentionally left out on the 5 th is that okay for you?
Elise Y. replied:
then again thats a good point Shauntee Thompson whether its paid or not. If my paid client request no watermarks for their ports then i must oblige by contract and just invisible tag n copyright the crap outta the files in adobe bridge lol!
Shauntee T. replied:
Elise Yeung right! If I pay for a shoot I do not want to see a logo anywhere on my pics because I paid for it. TFP ok I don't mind a logo I will give credit to where it is due!
Frank V. replied:
In which why this post was made. 1 key Point that I was looking to be brought up. 1) Duane Ackerman Thank you for touching on the images posted. Your the only one who caught that and replied on. Chanel and Gucci some what of a major deal right? Both are accepted as NY, Milan, Paris has been doing for decades. Yes and all that was cleared by marketing, designer, photographer etc. Many Major Designers Do it! Magazines do it! Promo Campaigns also! There's reasons why things are done, but does anyone care or even understand the pros and cons tagging every single image? Think about it, every image you have seen should you see credits on stand by ASAP? Is it smart or irritating. Does it make since or could be a bit redundant. Credit is always given when possible and when as needed, but when not, it never should be denied when asked direct.

For fb galleries, list all relevant info on the title page. For promo pics, list the photog. For magazines, list the photog in the header and designer with each image. https://www.facebook.com/ed.jay.7/media_set?set=a.2593091440648.126825.1655537811&type=3
