A little distance...but Dee over at Great Cuts in Weymouth is awesome. She used to work on Newbury St. It's next to Whole Foods near south Shore Hospital. A cut is on 15.95 Not sure how much highwlights would be.

She is not only extremely skilled, but most importantly a great listener and absolute genius at interpreting what her clients are looking for and how to make it work with their unique hair type and routine. Also, her prices are incredibly affordable - I used to pay $80+ for cuts that pale in comparison to her work at more than half that price.
