We had a giant tree fall on our garage a couple years ago, and stay precariously perched there as a Nor'easter was forecast for the next day. I got a bunch of estimates, and Total Tree Care was the only one that I felt was honest and not trying to take advantage of our situation (one place was DOUBLE what Total Tree Care asked, and I asked about it, and the guy just said "that's the max most insurance companies will pay out" with a shrug). We got estimates for a second tree problem a few months later, and they weren't the lowest but still quite reasonable. They were really great, and efficient, and I was really happy with their work. But I'm still so grateful for their honesty when we were in a real bind that I'm always happy to recommend them.
