I'd definitely recommend talking to several, to help you get where you want to go. Make sure you gel with your recruiter..you shouldn't feel like you're talking to a used car salesman. That being said, TNAA is awesome. They have day one insurance (most make you pay starting first paycheck but coverage doesn't start for a month) paid sick leave, extra shift bonuses, and every contract has guaranteed hours. So your paycheck is the same even if your on call or a shift is cancelled.
