You might try it yourself first. Build a mold out of plywood and then glass it with cloth. Fiberlay is a good place to get gel coat in quarts cans from and Gibco makes a mold to match the Xs non-skid pattern. Be good practice in any event.... http://gibcoflexmold.com/about/ehttp://www.fiberlay.com

Towing recommendations? Hi Seattle friends-
I live in a house in North Seattle, where our parking/driveway is right next to an apartment complex.

You should invest in yellow paint to paint the curbs near your driveway. 5 ft on both sides will help alert others that you intend to call in parking issues.
renownbrewer replied:
Paint the [ curb adjacent to your driveway per SMC](https://www.seattle.gov/transportation/projects-and-programs/programs/parking-program/parking-regulations/driveway-markings) and call SPD Parking Enforcement if you are having issues with your driveway being blocked. If the vehicle is actually on you residential properly per [RCW 46.55.070](http://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=46.55.070) you don't need any signs posted to have it impounde by a private tow.

Will they be able to move if you boxed them in?

Is it possible just to jack up the back and put rollers under the wheels and push them out into the street? Then it's parking enforcement's problem.

My building contracts with Lincoln and will have a car towed away in like 20-30 minutes if called. So much schadenfreude when I hear a Becky crying and trying to convince the property manager or tow driver not to take her car away even though the lot is clearly marked 'reserved parking only'.

You have no recourse but to deal with it. I've been in yoir situation before and the City is not going to help. If you have a truck, you can attempt to pull them (probably not legal) or you can knock on neighbors' doors (the least pussy option). I've also seen people lay on their horn for 20 minutes. You are legally allowed to paint the curb which could help. Signs not placed by the city will and should be ignored. Edit: And fuck your dog and boxing the guy in. We all have to deal with living in a city and you sound like a self absorbed prick.
Thanks for the add!
