I recommend Oracle. They're a large chain now but the one in Gangnam is quite well known. I used to go there when I had the money to take care of my skin. I believe they have a website in English as well.

There's one called Dream Dermatology Clinic (드림피부과) in Sinsa-dong. Here's the link to their website: http://www.dreamskin.co.kr/english/intro.html I went to Dr. Park (who's fluent in English because he lived abroad as a child I think). He used to be a doctor at Samsung Medical Hospital, one of the best, if not the best, hospital in Korea and went to Seoul National University (the Harvard of Korea). He's excellent. However, it is pretty expensive...

Depends on what your looking to get done. I currently go to TengTeng in Sinsa because the DR speaks fluent English. He studied for many years in America. I highly recommend TengTeng. Just send them an email any time! :D tengteng337@naver.com they also have facebook https://www.facebook.com/TengTengSkinClinic

Does anyone know of or can recommend a good English speaking dermatologist who does allergy test and such?
Rita Y. replied:
There is a dermatologist clinic at Sookmyung Women's Univ. It's exit 1/2. They are great. http://www.wooskin7.co.kr/N_ENG/eng_1.asp

Personally I wouldn't recommend Woo Skin at Sookmyung. The English speaking doctor is very brusk and uninterested, to the point of being rude. Not cheap either. I paid 90,000 for an allergy test and the incompetent nurse gave me a bruise that meant I couldn't comfortably straighten my arm for days and looked terrible. Then found nothing on my allergy test and no apologies or suggestions on what to do next except continue prescribing antihistamines.

I would highly recommend Teng Teng in Apgu. The doctor is completely bilingual. They can help handle foreign insurance filing too. http://www.tengteng.com/

I love my dermatologist, but she is up in the Korea University area. Dr. Park at Mirae Skin Clinic.
Hi everyone, any recommendations for good dermatologists in Seoul? Thanks in advance
Janiqué M. replied:
Oh yes sorry I meant to update you this morn. I would recommend them. Good doctor, someone to help with translating when necessary (which wasnt often). Usual excellent Korean service and consult was cheap. Actual procedures may be less so tho. It is an upper class beauty clinic as well as dermatologist. They recommended i have 4 moles lasered out which will cost R5400. So yeah I will be trying smaller clinics else where for cheaper incisions. But for a check up I would def recommend them. Here is the website: english.hus-hu.com/dermatology 2 clinics~ apgujeong (where I went ) and cheonho. Good luck !

I go to Dr. Woo. You can google him and find the website with directions. He studied in the US and his English is perfect. He is pretty busy on weekends so try to make a reservation a few days in advance.

Preferably Itaewon...

Drs. Woo and Han Skin. They have 2 fluent English doctors, and it's one of the offices Koreans really like. I've gone there many times, and quite like them. http://www.wooskin7.co.kr/N_ENG/eng_1.asp Just outside Sookmyung Station exit 1
I'm looking for an English-speaking dermatologist in Seoul. Can you help me? The better the dermatologist the better. I want someone to look at my skin and tell me how...

http://www.seoulcrystal.co.kr/ I went to this place next to sinchon station and the doctor spoke pretty good English. I got a good vibe from him overall. He was helpful but not too pushy, which I've experienced from other dermatologists in Seoul. Plus my husband searched a bunch of 피부과 and this one has some of the best prices for skin treatments.

Oracle has English speaking derms. Their website has a list of the locations with English speaking docs
Hm. I went to one a couple of years ago but I can't remember the name... His clinic is by the bus terminal and his English is quite good, though. If that helps at all
Anyone knows a dermatologist that knows English? And also that will be covered by insurance. In Seoul or Incheon ... might have a skin allergy and I need to treat it...
