Dr.Johnson Vet service or Shelby Vet. I have noticed, Johnson is more reasonably priced but both practices do excellent job. It is ok to give your kitty Ammoduim, but do not give Pepto to cats- until you cannot get into vet.

I don’t know about routine checkups, but my boyfriend’s family used Heart’s Ease for an in-home goodbye when they lost their boy in January. They had nothing but positive things to say. I believe they are more geared towards geriatric, palliative, and hospice care. The office staff seem quite kind and compassionate. I recommend looking at their Facebook page and website. Their Facebook also posts links consistently on coping with loss and they’re very supportive.

Saying from experience, our vet saved our horse from a fungal Infection in his guteral pouch and antibiotic induced colitis. He should of died look at the statistics. Adrienne Denzik Robertson is the absolute best. She has saved and fixed more issues than I can count!!!!!!! She can do everything!!!!

And we used chris Thompson before, liked him but Adrienne Denzik Robertson is soooooo much better.... I absolutely adore our equine vet!!!!!!! I can give you her number if you'd like. She's located in fairdale, but does farm calls, and has her own facility, incase of emergency, surgery etc!!!!

Pretty sure we're all talking about Chris Thompson.

Probably 3 paychecks. Lol. Equine Services is for big stuff!

Along with him being so fabulous his wife is just as amazing. She will help with whatever she can and if she doesn't know an answer she will figure it out for you and let you know. My horse has been very accident prone and Chris is always there when I need him. He is on my favorites on my iPhone smile emoticon

I would recommend Dr. Johnson in Simpsonville and or Dr. Stone in Bullitt Co. Dr. Stone used to do farm animals for 20+ years (dogs, horses, and cows) and he has a small animal clinic in Bullitt County. He is the most reasonable and good at his job!
