My companions have been patients at Woodford VCA for 40+ years. Very happy with the care they receive. Also, we take our rescue girl to their grooming facility in the rear of the property. Very happy with their work as well.

I have been using Cary Miller-Simpson at Simpson Grooming for over 10 years. Has always done a great job with our Scottish Terrier. I will admit - there have been maybe 3 times that our Scottie hasn't been to Cary's... and I regret it (she didnt come out looking like a scottie....) As far as a vet - We have used Dr Keith at Crossroads and have been very happy with them.

I don't know about groomers but Buffalo Trace is an awesome vet clinic. They treat my pets like there own. They always talk to you before they do extra testing or add any charges. And they were very helpful and supportive when had to make the decision to put my baby to sleep.

Would recommend Crossroads. Had a weekend emergency with my cat and he did not send me to emergency clinic in Lexington, unlike another clinic I had been going to. Met me there in 30 minutes, provided excellent and compassionate care. We had to go out of town and he kept the cat, called me with updates. Unfortunately, our cat passed due to carcinoma. This is why you have a vet you establish a relationship with, they are there when you have an unfortunate emergency. Worth everything to me. Dr. Keith went above and beyond, even after my cat passed, trying to find more info for us as this was very rare. Very reasonable for outstanding care they give! Hard to find this compassion. Have 2 dogs, 2 cats and all will go there.

crossroads, Dr Keith! he is so caring, he even held my hand while he explained what he had done when my dog got a deep gash on her neck, I felt bad about it & he reassured me & made me feel better. definitely will be my permanent go-to Vet.

Call Woodford co humane society and ask for about a $30 spay voucher. You purchase it over the phone and schedule an appointment with woodstock.. they include the cost of shots as well... best of luck..
