We use Dons Drop Dead Pest Control. We are on a six month contract with them to spray for ants, spiders, etc. We haven't had a rat or bug problem since.

Best for seal g everything is Attic Guys. They did the big house over here and we haven't had a problem since. We still have Terminix come by every 6 months but there is nothing up in our attic

Walsh's Pest Control. We had rats in the attic and they got rid of them, even if it is squirrels and you think they will move out after they have their babies, it is destructive to have them in your attic. Also, they come with fleas and can carry diseases.
