Sue, I left a comment earlier in this thread in response to Jenn's similar question. Buy-Rite Pest Control is awful. We will never use them again.

Jenn, Buy-Rite Pest Control was awful. We have given them over 8 years of business and have never been happy. We've tried to be patient and forgiving. They just wore out their welcome. We don't trust them indoors in our properties, they have awful customer service, they do not follow their online published "guarantees," they are not trustworthy, and do not follow through with their commitments. They treat tenets in disrespectful and prideful ways. They also claim and charge for services they never provided. Full blown unethical business practices. I will never use Buy-Rite again and will never recommend them to anyone.
