I go to All Creatures Animal Hospital. They do Care Credit same day and are wonderful with the animals. I can even call them ahead of time and they will give me free advice. Making an appointment is less expensive than just bringing your pet in if you can help it.

The only place I know of that has 24 hr emergency service is the All-creatures Animal Hospital in Gorst, but don't know if they bill...

Stay AWAY from Bremerton Animal Hospital on Callow. The vet's a quack. Took my cat there years ago because he came down with something and they ran all kinds of tests and put the fear of death in me and tried to charge me for all of it (like $900), and his "special cat food". Took him elsewhere to get a second opinion, AND ALL HE HAD WAS AN EAR INFECTION!

I really like All Creatures in Gorst. It is a bit of a drive but they are great in emergency situation. My previous dog had diabetes so having someone on call was important.

We've been happy with Ridgetop Animal Hospital. There are 5 docs, we see Dr. Claire Hoffman. But, have had great experience with Dr. John Paulson there too. They give me the freedom to make my own choices like trying more natural approaches from Naturally 4 Paws in Silverdale when I can. They are off Ridgetop in Silverdale and that's a lot closer to Bremerton than the Vet we were seeing in Poulsbo! Their prices are a lot more reasonable too. http://www.ridgetopah.com/
