Gilda Revasseur actually acu is good for your misalignment n backache but finding a suitable chiro is indeed a prob. Yeap can do the acu for u if u want. You can do swimming which is good for the back or pilates. The cheapest option is to hang off a monkey bar daily for at leat 10 sec each. Let the gravity pull u down so that the spinal cord is lengthen. The face problem... Can ACU too! If u want. Haha but no much effect I guess. The solution to that is Korea!!!! HAHAHAHA
