Can anyone recommend a good yoga studio and/or a Cross Fit gym? Looking for a yoga studio that offers really good meditative yoga, as well as 'power yoga'.
A cross fit...

Try [Agni Power Yoga](http://www.agnipoweryoga.com/) in Old Fourth Ward. The main instructer Marty is absolutely phenomenal. The other instructers are also all excellent, but Marty is just fantastic.

For cross fit I recommend [Fitness Battalion](http://www.fitnessbattalion.com/). I do their boot camp, which I *LOVE*, but I've only heard good things about their cross fit gym. They have good ratings on Yelp and other review websites. They have a really good [halfoffdepot.com](http://halfoffdepot.com/atlanta/catalog/product/view/id/7972/s/one-month-of-unlimited-boot-camp-at-fitness-battalion.html) deal right now for boot camp.
For yoga- my best friend goes to [Active Sol Yoga](http://www.activesolyoga.com/) and really loves it. They have all different kinds of classes and she says every teacher offers different variations on the poses so you can work at your comfort level. They also have a halfoffdepot.com deal right now!

What ever you do, do not go to the Candler Park Yoga Studio on Dekalb and take the "Yoga for everybody". I went once after getting injured, thinking it would be a nice slow paced yoga for me to get back in to it. The instructor (who also works at the SF coffee shop next door) said in a huff, "Well, if you're not going to do it right, I don't even know why you're here!" after I asked if she could suggest positions that wouldn't stress the injury as much.

I go to [BTB Fitness](http://www.btbfitness.com/) for Crossfit, and [Springs Yoga](http://www.springsyoga.com/) for meditative yoga-- I don't know if they offer power yoga though. BTB has open house classes at all of their locations every Saturday at 11, which I highly recommend if you've never done it before.

Crossfit- depends where you live. I like Crossfit Rx, Crossfit east decatur, and btb crossfit, in that order.

Hey man try Ramped Revolution Fitness. Its actually an outdoor boot camp and they have classes 3 x a week at Piedmont Park. They do some cross fit and other stuff but I have never seen anyone pay more than $99. Also i think if you get someone to sign up then that month is 25% off for you. www.rampedrevofit.com is the website
