Shelly, if you are looking out of state, I can't say enough for OHSU, Oregon Health Sciences in Portland. Don't know about your specialty, but hope you will look into it http://www.ohsu.edu/searchresults/controller.jsp?Ntt=gastroparesis&Ntk=All&sid=1448F4D7C74F
Looking for a local general practitioner for myself. Anybody LOVE their doctor?
Nicole K. replied:
I also see Dr. Price and really like him... my husband really likes Dr. Herron. This office is definitely the one that I make sure to schedule early morning appointments as I tend to wait longer here than other offices... I do like him though. He knows I see a naturopath and prefer to avoid prescription meds when possible - and he still talks with me
Cassia P. replied:
I like that they are open 7 days a week and have early and late appointments. My husband sees Dr Anderson and really likes him. We have both seen Dr Stukosky (spelling) the last couple of times we have been in and he has been really good. Dan had some stomach issues and Dr Stukosky was on top of tests and trying to find a reason for the problems. We were both very impressed with him even though he wasn't Dan's regular Dr he treated him like he was his normal patient. I was just in the other day to see him about my cold since Dr Herron couldn't get me in. He was thourough and explained everything to me and then prescribed me everything I could have needed to get better quickly.
Denise E. replied:
I actually do. He's great. I use Matthew Price at Mill Creek Family Practice. Actually, the whole practice is good in my opinion.
Cassia P. replied:
I've seen Matthew Price and almost all the Drs at Mill Creek Family Practice... I've loved them all but I LOVE Dr Herron there
Denise E. replied:
Dr Herron is my second favorite there. . They really are all good though!
Shari B. replied:
I love and MISS Dr. Thomas Wilson at Lakeshore Clinic in Bothell. He wasn't the most popular doctor at that location (several of the docs there were voted "best on the eastside") and he is a bit geeky, but he always listened, explained with detail what the diagnosis was and never, ever made me feel bad about my ailments, or about my nervous-nelly mothering. (I prefer a family physician for us all vs. a pediatrician for the boys and a separate doc for me.) He felt like a part of the family by the time we left WA. I highly recommend.
Robbi M. replied:
Dr. Price is who we go to but any of the docs@Mill Creek Family Practice are great!
Kimmer S. replied:
I really like my doctor, Dr. Dhanki down at Providence in Mill Creek. Very positive and energetic!

Steve sees Dr Wilson at Lakeshore and I see Dr. Esser. I love her.

I second Matt Price at Mill Creek Family Practice, he's a gem and all three of us see him.
