Listen, friend: visit Dabov Coffee (https://www.facebook.com/dabovspecialtycoffee/) They roast their own beans in Sofia, you can sample their wares in-store (their baristas are GREAT), and they'll help you find what you need. Then, once you figure out your favourites, you can find them at about 70 different stores around Sofia.
