The one I like the best is Mike from Bonsei Home Inspections 781-760-8162. This is why I like him- he is not one of those THE SKY IS FALLING SO WALK AWAY FROM THIS DEAL AND CALLME AGAIN AT $500 A POP AND I WILL TELL YOU AGAIN THE SKY IS FALLING TO HAVE YOU CALL ME AGAIN, AND THEN I WILL BE FINE WITH THIS HOUSE BECAUSE NOW I HAVE MADE $1500 OFF OF YOU home inspectors. Sorry if I have just insulted anyone however, sorry folks, it happens. What I like about Mike is that I have watched him tell a client that there is something wrong with say the heater, watched their faces absolutely fall...and then he is considerate enough to tell them what steps he would take to correct...sometimes it is a $5 part from Lowes. This guy owes me nothing. As a matter of fact, if I have a real estate client, I cannot even mention a home inspector. So write this number down because it is worth saving. Because if I am ever showing you a house, I cannot tell you about Mike or anyone else.
