Tiger - the guy that did our house last summer was Ralph Leblanc (from Tiger) and he was wonderful - but I don't think you can go wrong with anyone from Tiger - we have had a few inspections and all of them have been great

Paul McDonald at Walsh Home Inspections is great (we bought in December). A realtor friend has used Paul for several of her properties and liked him. We have an older home and he was very thorough indeed. Give them a call and tell them that you need someone to check the roof etc. Good luck!
