Turn the power off to the furnace using the switch or breaker, turn the gas off at the valve and wait a few minutes. Then turn the gas on and then turn the switch on. Sometimes it needs to be reset. You probably have like a glow plug rather than pilot lite. Or try Hauser heating (248) 437-6299 they have 24 hr service.
