Pricing questions cannot be answered over the internet sight unseen. Get 2-3 more quotes, and then you'll know if it's reasonable.

That does seem a little high. The chimney liners only cost around $700.00 I imagine in the flue needs to be removed, $450.00 sounds reasonable, not sure how they would do that. Lisa Mosher Prochazka. Because we were first time buyers and lisa fully had our best intrest in mind explaining troubles way run into with homes and things to look out for. She even recently (3 years after buying our home) told us about some paperwork we didn't file and that it will save us $600/yr. She truly worked for us to find us exactly what we were looking for. We WILL use her again and have refered friends to her! She's the best!!
