Spanish Fork Golds has great classes but the bathrooms are dirty. They really need a new gym

I was wondering about the Crossfit gyms in the area. Do you have any recommendations or you can pm me warnings? Thank you!

Spanish Fork Crossfit is so so fun!! It's right by the fair grounds. Ryan Bagley is the one to talk to

I go to Hermes CrossFit by the airport in Spanish Fork. Amazing classes and trainers. Very good programming to the needs of each class too. Chaco Comrie can give you more details.

I like Spanish Fork CrossFit. Class timing is the only reason I had to find a new box. But Nebo CrossFit in Salem is also excellent. The owner there is exceedingly knowledgeable about training beyond CF and injuries. Hermes does get swarms of giant mosquitos in the summer. But they are also a quality box.
