Looking at all of the possible ways people can become involved with our Organizational Structure, we only need 3 Trustees. We also need 5 major Leadership roles filled. In addition, we need Volunteers and Council Members. So much to do ... and so few people to do it. There are plenty of opportunities for people to participate in Leadership positions. If people don't feel comfortable taking on huge responsibilities, they can help us by being Volunteers and Council Members. Currently, the four people nominated for Trustee positions are the only ones that have consistently attended Core Group Meetings. We've invited many more people to take part in our efforts, but have yet to get anyone else to commit to any sort of Leadership for Destinations. Every organization creates an Organizational Structure that works for them. As a new organization, we're just starting the process of forming our structure. As time goes by, we'll review and revise our Organizational Structure as needed. I hope I've adequately addressed your concerns. I'd like to suggest that those wanting to make changes to what we're doing will show up to future Leadership Meetings. I'd also like to see people step up and fill the roles outlined in our Organizational Structure. Please continue to ... Make comments. Ask questions. Provide suggestions. MAP!!!
