Hernando loser is no longer on 50 however there are free fit camp at the new Hernando loser on Lamson Ave and all so at The Jerome Brown Center in Brooksville Monday Wednesday and Friday's at 6 o'clock there's also fit dance at Spring Hill nutrition on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30

Michele Camacho Garofano of 352 fit club starts hers today at the delta woods park. Starts at 615 has been a great time and a lot of people helping motivate each other. You go at your pace and men women and children of all ages go.

My husband Jesse teaches the Family FitCamp Christy and Stephanie mentioned, Melissa Rose . Bearded guy with a super-short shaved head and a bandana around his forehead. He usually has our toddler twins with him, so he's kind of hard to miss. Mention my name and this group and he'll know to look for you.:) Delta Woods 10:30 a.m. Tues/Thurs. He will NOT be there tomorrow but the group WILL be with a guest instructor. He is there the rest of the time.:)

Be Fit with Frank has one on Mon Wed Fri at 6 am. Ck out the website www.befitwithfrank.com Hes awesome!!! I work out with him & hes well educated and has 10+ years experience. Hes a certified (yes thats a real thing) fitness trainer.
