With tailor's you generally get what you pay for. You could probably get it done at any dry cleaners for cheap, or you could go to a place like Armen's in Manayunk and get it done right.

Ive gotten my shirts hemmed at the dry cleaner at corner of 10 th and pine and had no complaints, i think like $14 a shirt

Masters, they're not the cheapest but they aren't outrageous either. Speed isn't the fastest either but the guy's quality of service is top notch.
