I recommend Parkshore Grill which is 300 Beach Dr. Very upscale and near water. Also, there is another one at 400 Beach Dr that is also fancy and upscale and near water. I can't remember the name of it though. Great food at both.

You really want to impress them!!? It's very casual but the best seafood in the area (especially the char broiled grouper sandwich) then go to Dockside Daves in Madeira Beach, there's one in St. Pete Beach too but the other one is better!!!!!!

And there's always The Pier restaurant, not the greatest food but the view!!!!! OMG!!!!!! And La Cote Basque in Gulfport has great atmosphere AND food!!!! If you go there tell Carmen Mike Rose said high!!!!!
