Hrm I did a search under his name and the business name and there is no license for him in FL. The search results page said this: If you suspect unlicensed activity may be occurring, please call 850-487-1395. You may also email ULA@dbpr.state.fl.us.

I just signed on with Thomas Young and J.R. Whaley, who recently did a couple seminars downtown about the struggles storm victims encounter with the insurance companies. I have found them to both be very responsive and accessible, personally responding to calls or emails the same day. Also, they provide both the legal representation and their own adjusters. Further, J.R. has been representing the August biblical level flood victims in Baton Rouge, so he has experience with them - about two months ahead of where we are. http://www.floridafloodclaims.com/

Binder & Binder is a good one, I agree. When Mike got his disability he got an attorney first & had it within a matter of months! Also, you don't usually have to pay the attorney unless you win & that automatically comes out of your retro check. Good luck!
