Hi there, I teach pilates with the team at www.rebalancepilates.co.uk we are all Physiotherapists and have completed courses ran by the APPI, a well recognised institute by our our Profession. We do health screening on initial visit and can adapt exercises to individual needs during the class. I teach out of studio 17 in Heaton Moor we have small classes never more than 12. Have a look on our website and see what you think, we have lots of sessions to choose from day time and evenings too and for all levels. I currently have many clients completely new to pilates and are making really good progress. Contact Jo Fleming via our website for more info If you fancy joining us. And hope you enjoy getting stuck in to your classes wherever you take it up its a great class to take part in with many physical benefits to be gained.
