I've been wondering the same.... I usually make the trek to Sparkill for my favorite studio - Jamie Surya Yoga Studio - or to Birchwood in Nyack. There are free classes every Sunday 10-11 at the Lululemon store in Nanuet. I have yet to find one in the NR area that has enough classes that can fit my schedule.
