No idea. They can go on line and check on Health.gov to see what they might qualify for. Depends on circumstances.

All I can find is that the "If you like your plan you can keep it" is going away for plans that doesn't qualify under ACA. I agree with Martin Mechanical. As far as wood floors, be extremely careful because the idiot I used, messed them up so I am looking to re-do my floors after a huge disaster with the last one who ripped me off. And make sure when someone gives you a recommendation, it's not just someone they know, but someone that has used them (that's what happened to me).
