We had our entire home done, from outdoor faucets, every pipe in house, all fixtures and all valves plus a new hot water heater. We used Clean Team Plumbing. Very very satisfied with results. Took longer than planned but they did a terrific job. We were just having too many leaks in old pipes. Had a bid on just replacing horizontal pipes in attic for 4500. Clean Team was just a little over that for whole house, but we added hot water heater and fixtures. They give senior discount.

Its a $50 estimate fee, theyll give you a good price and then credit the $50 back to you if you decide to do it. Tile work- Bay Area Paint and Tile- ask for Johnny, sorry I dont have his phone number anymore. Hes an honest dude though. Cheers!
