Unfortunately most 24 hr vets are in clinic only they will not come out to the house. You probably won't find one to come out this late. Mainland emergency is open until 8 am but you need to bring the dog in. Sorry you're going through this. You could call SPCA emergency number at 604-879-7343 they may know of a vet that could help.

I don't know any small animal vets who will go out to you. If you need help getting your dog into the vehicle, I have experience with handling distressed dogs and can help you get him/her in the vehicle. Call me if you'd like me to come out. 604-308-4676

My friend takes her dog to Fleetwood Vet Clinic - they do a combo of traditional and holistic treatments. Healing Paws in Port Moody is also well regarded - another friend of mine takes her allergic dog there.

I know this is also a bit out of the way but we use Small Creatures in Walnut Grove. Dr. Snyder is amazing. He actually came to our house when it was time to let go of my Emma and was very caring and compassionate.
