At age 25, it has been 10 years since braces and since wearing my retainer (which I lost). One of my teeth shifted, and I went to Wright Orthodontics in Toco Hills (north druid hills area), and for $350 I got a retainer and was seen by the orthodontist over several months until my tooth shifted back. They are easy to schedule with, friendly, and convenient for me. I'm not sure if this is close enough to you, but I was very satisfied.
