I agree with others that cheaper isn't what I would look for because if you get someone that does it cheap, it may not be what's best which could lead to long term problems.

I had my braces done at Serenity Orthodontics and they used Damon Braces which makes the whole experience quick and easy. They are the best!

I highly recommend Dr Causey at Causey Orthodontics. Both of my kids had braces by him and he is excellent and very meticulous. The staff is awesome too. You can do a payment plan with them too:)

Dr. Doug Hiser with Hiser 2.0 is awesome. Family and Christian man. I’ve had 4 kids with braces with him. Can’t recommend him enough.

If you're looking to stay in Forsyth County there is Dr. Couch, Dr. Hizer and Dr. Eberhardt. If you're not opposed to driving outside the county I highly recommend Dr. Ben Mibab and Dr. Stan Cox at Brookhaven Ortho in Johns Creek Or Dr. Elaine Whitney's practice in Buford/Sugar Hill which includes Dr. Tricia Fussell Robertson.

It's a hike, but they are super easy to work with, extremely reasonable prices and won't try to talk you into something you don't need (i.e. Extractions, unnecessary braces/appliances). My kids and I have all 3 used them since 2008! Just got mine off Tuesday and I couldn't be happier.

Serenity Orthodontics has two locations around us. One near Vickery and another off Exit 13. They have an excellent reputation and the owner lives in our subdivision.

Definitely Dr. Podray with Serenity Orthodontics! She is so passionate about her work, you won't be disappointed!

George Corbitt is amazing. He is located next to Forsyth Avenue.

We were with family orthodontist downtown Cumming when Dr Podray was there. She left and didn't finish my daughter and now 2 years later because they didn't finish what she started we have just revisited Dr Podray (Serenity Ortho) to fix the separation. Love that she remembers us and is very compassionate.

There is a holistic dentist in Gainesville but we haven't been there. We go to Dental Town and while they don't push, they almost always ask.

Pediatric Dentistry of Forsyth is the best!!!

Fluoride makes your teeth more impermeable to bacteria, so less likely to get cavities. Makes teeth harder when the fluoride is absorbed. It's in our water in very small amounts ( city water, not well water) so that when children are drinking it, its absorbed and it makes their developing teeth stronger. Once the teeth are erupted , they can still absorb fluoride so that's why we do fluoride treatments twice a year when people come in for their checkups. Our office (SugarHillDentist.com) lets parents decide if they want fluoride for their children. We don't " push " it - but there are many benefits to it.

Dental Town....I actually work for Dental Town and my children are patients of Dr. Hansen and Dr. Davidson and we also have an orthodontist, Dr. Crosby, and I am on my second child with braces with Dr. Crosby. I have worked with pediatric dentists for 25 years and I adore every one of the doctors at Dental Town. From more of a legal standpoint you honestly have to let every parent/patient know of every recommended procedure but in the end the doctors do understand that you are the parent and always give you the utmost respect in your decisions. They will not push you at all and if anything are extremely conservative. We have several patients who decline fluoride and definitely do not push them. Please let me know if I can help in any way.

Browns Bridge is amazing! You can be involved as much or as little as you would like. The kid and middle school programs are amazing. When I was growing up I used to dread going to church but my kids have an absolute fit if we miss church. Even when we go to the beach for vacation they want us to leave on Sunday and come back on Saturday!

They may be a little more money but our dental health us worth it. We use Dr. Elchahal who has a partner. Excellent work on my son, whose mouth and teeth have needed expert work.

Dental Town is awesome!

If you live on the north side exit 15 and up. Allstate pediatrics dentistry off of hwy 306&369. Below 15 I would go to Dr. Bongiovi's office. Both are excellent and are good friends with each other. So when one is on vacation and you have an emergency then you can see the other.

Another vote for Allstar Pediatric Dentistry. We love Dr. John!
