Where can someone who doesn't have a FB find a calendar with family events/things to do? Does anyone know of anything going on this weekend? We have a one year old...

We're developing a [calendar at Grit City Magazine](https://gritcitymag.com/events/). It's not perfect. Open to feedback if you have any. Check out Greek Fest this weekend. Food, dancing, tours of the church if the tot is up for it.

There are a few blogs and websites. https://www.soundsfunmom.com always has events and stuff posted https://www.thriftynorthwestmom.com Edit: are you looking for non-kids stuff (since she’s only 1)?

The [night market](https://tacomanightmarket.com/) is happening in Gig Harbor this evening! 4-9 at 7 Seas Brewing(kid friendly!). Lots of cool vendors, music, beer and a food truck!

[Travel Tacoma Events Calendar](https://www.traveltacoma.com/things-to-do/events/) is a pretty good reference.

Try meetup. It’s a very good app to help you find people and events in your area. It’s also free.

I recently got rid of my facebook but the one thing I miss is the event calender, yesterday I found out that if you google "Events in Tacoma Today/This Weekend/This Week, etc" it will actually pull the public facebook events and display them for you!
Random query: I'm looking for a mtg space Oct 17-18 (8am-4pm). We need space for 10 people, conference style room w/ white board ideal. Does anyone have suggestions?...
