Def call Alan Salvo from Proscape. They are doing a huge project at my house right now, I got multiple estimates from other companies, and they were (by far) the most professional and created online digital designs based on your exact space - super cool. I'm so happy I went with them, and you are welcome to come by and see their work so far...pm me for address. http://www.proscapetampabay.com/

You can actually do searches by opening a browser on your iPad rather than going to the app. We used Creative Outdoor Kitchens. We worked with Mona who is an owner. It was a great experience.
Has anyone ever heard of a "stucco investigator" and could you recommend one? We are trying to get David Weekley to fix a serious stucco issue and they are requiring...

Mark Cramer is a god at this type of thing. (727) 483-5605. Google him. I had the same issue with my builder. I contacted Mark but did not end up having to use him. It was a heck of a battle but I got the builder to fix mine. For the first 10 years you are protected by Florida State Statute. Educate yourself and don't take no for an answer. Mark is a great advocate who is one of the leading authorities in the nation on stucco. if you don't want to take on the battle yourself. http://www.wfla.com/.../fla-homeowners-with-building...
Kate H. replied:
Oh no!! Our house was built by David Weekley and we have had major stucco problems too:( Just had them fix it for the second time) Call Leighton and he will tell you who to call.323-2939
Kate H. replied:
Ours was where the roof line meets the stucco on the 2 nd floor. Water was getting in for the first 4 years and there was mold behind the whole wall and they had to take out the whole wall inside and out and replace everything........4 years later the e xact same thing same exact place happened again and they just replaced the whole inside and out AGAIN....this time it took a little convincing to get David Weekley to pay for it but they did.

Good luck, we had an inspector come out and ck a major crack in our garage and Morrison came out and stated bc it wasn't more than a quarters thickness, it is just a settling crack. Really wished we knew about Mark Cramer.

Good morning everyone..
I am looking for a local Tiny house builder ( Tampa,Clearwater,Central Fl. Area) I live in Tampa presently..any ideas? Thank you
Lisa W. replied:
Maria Papazikos, when we decided to buy a tiny house, I contacted Signatour a couple of times...but no one ever got back to me. I really loved one of their houses that I had seen pictures of recently, but it worried me that they never called me back. So I stopped trying to contact them, went with Tennessee Tiny Homes instead and am having them deliver. I am paying for delivery, but I paid much less for the house than I would have with Signatour...so it worked out!

It is just meant to be Lisa Karen Ward!! I am resurching, and asking a lot of questions as well.. One article I found interesting is from Tiny House Living: Security and Simplicity> Thetinylife.com
