If Chris Long can't get there, you should call Terry Claiborne 252-266-1885. He saved me with a burst pipe last week. Tell him Mr. Hooks recommended him. Jacksie Aycock recomended him to us. Don't you know where the cut-off is in the house? Usually in a front hall closet. Look around for a metal "L" shaped lever sticking out of the floor.
