Wondering if anyone goes to temecula for vet care regularly? My normal vet for my dogs is in Oceanside, he's extremely reasonable, does not do unnecessary testing, does...
Claudia B. replied:
Dr. Drehlich at Butterfield. Very compassionate, no unnecessary testing either.
Annika K. replied:
I found Lindsay Crowley to compassionate and caring with my Muttley. . Also does both Western and Eastern medicine.
Catriona C. replied:
I have to agree with Claudia Beutel - Dr Drehlich at Butterfield is amazing. Really knows what to do, and very compassionate. The office gave us a free blood test too, for my yorkie. Someone had kicked him and he bruised all his ribs. Dr Drehlick looked concerned, upset, and wanted to be nothing but helpful:) They were also great when my other dog had coccidia, and gave me a free second X-ray if I had to do another one...

I use Old Town vet in Murrita very good care for ny 3 Shepards

I'm just curious as to who you use in Oceanside. I've been going to Dr Attic at pacific animal hospital for 10 years. I still take my 12 year old springer there, but would also like to find a really good vet in temecula for my two one year old dogs.
Stephanie S. replied:
We love Dr. Drelich at Butterfield Animal Hospital. Very compassionate.
Sara S. replied:
Butterfield Animal Hospital is amazing:) It's off Hwy 79 in Temecula.
Aaron L. replied:
We use Dr. Frazier at Anza Animal Clinic for our Dogues. When he is not available we use Butterfield as well.

I use Dr. Zajac from spartan in Anza. I've been to a lot of vets in Menifee and Temecula and they have all been way overpriced with nothing to show for it. If you go anywhere in Temecula do not use Per Medical Center, they're the absolute worst at over charging for everything.
Looking for local Valley Center equine vet recommendations - who do you use? Why do you like them?
Kimberly M. replied:
Dr. Moss is my fav. (951) 297-9891
Patti P. replied:
Love, love, love Dr Moss and have used him for years. Dr. Grove is very good also if Dr Moss isn't available for whatever reason. They used to practice together over at Creekside...
Pattie S. replied:
I have used Matt Matthews for the last 22 years. He is also very straight forward. Does not mind phone consults or text messages and does not bill for these. Awesome reproductive specialist. Have also used him for sutures and I don't think a plastic surgeon could do it any better. If it is an emergency, he is always quick to respond. Therefore, I will cut him some slack if he is late for a non-emergency appointment.

I like Spartan vet. Her office is across from the Anza Market
Michelle M. replied:
South Temecula Vet is pretty awesome. Took my heart patient dog there after many visits to my regular vet. He changed his meds and added others and my boy is doing much better now.
Maureen N. replied:
Sandy, the Butterfield Animal Hospital is excellent. We saw Dr. Drelich there, but any of the vets are good. http://butterfieldvet.com/

Marc T. replied:
To clarify it is FREE to be a Knight. No dues or anything like that, just show up to our monthly mixers which are the 2 nd Tuesday of the month at El Jardin. I set up this group because when I talk to my clients I want to be able to refer them to people I trust in our community, not just let them be on their own.
Hope this is ok to post here...I asked for spay/neuter references a few weeks ago and a few people recommended the ftaspay program through menifee. Please do not use...
Annie H. replied:
Thank you Mari, I am grateful for this info. I'm going to use DR. Roberta Jennings to have my friends Chiweenie neutered. Not a fan of assembly lines.
