Thanks for the mention, Grace! I offer integrative nutrition coaching designed to support you in creating lasting healthy habits (rather than going on another diet!) You are welcome to book a phone session directly on my calendar to find out if I can help you reach your goals, Mandy. www.blue-russ.genbook.com

I really love Revolution Fitness. They have a great women's lifting group. Great vibe. I have learned so much about form--plus it is fun. Never would've thought I would look forward to working out as much as I do. Oh, and it is not all cult-y like some crossfit places. Nutrition is included. It is on Southern and Roosevelt. If you want to know more you can message me or, even better, call and ask to talk to Nicki. http://revolutiontrainingsystem.com

I came to the conclusion today that I am addicted to fast food. I need help. Are there any nutritionist out there that could possibly point me in the right direction...
Judy N. replied:
Haha! Have you heard of FitTogether? You have Gurus in your midst. I discovered The Science of Skinny by Dee McCaffrey. Hate the title cuz if you give it to a friend, it's like, "Here Fatty", but it's all about what processed food is and does to you and how to eat unprocessed. Check it out!
