I tell everyone brakemasters. I believe the employees get paid hourly and don't get incentivized to up-sell, so they are real straightforward and honest because they have no dog in the fight. Even better, you can bring in your own parts! They have locations in all parts of the valley and do all types of repairs. I have had really good experiences at the one on 38 th and Thomas.

Get Triple A. Wait a week. Have them tow it to the shop. It really pays for itself.

There are lots of AAA approved shops but only 8 AAA owned shops here ([LINK](https://www.az.aaa.com/automotive/auto-repair)). AAA approved shops agree to abide by AAA arbitration, which is binding only on the shop, not on the consumer, whether or not the consumer is an AAA member. But with any garage, pay with a credit card, not debit card, not pre-paid credit card. Why don't you trust Sanderson or Earnhardt Ford?
