Andddddddd actually, my parents will be selling one of their homes my dad has remodeled, for right around that price range! Not on the market yet, but will be right before June or July. Affordable and a super cute starter home! 702 Elm St is the address I believe. Might be off a number, but it's white with red window trim. The inside has been COMPLETELY renovated/updated.
