Hi Brides! Where did you buy your dresses? I'm looking to go to a nice boutique with close friends and family. I want to have personalized attention and maybe be able to...

I don't know about the bubbly but I went to "I do I do Wedding Gowns" in Gaithersburg and "Icon Bridal" in Darnestown and they were both very nice. "I do" had big dressing rooms and private mirrors with multiple chairs for your family. "Icon" was very open and had a tea couch for family and small dressing room

I went to Curvaceous Couture in Columbia on Saturday. They only do plus size gowns, so if you're smaller than a size 12 in regular clothes, they probably wouldn't be for you. Highly recommend!!

K & B Bridal in Bel Air. Had the best experience (went to a few places first) and the listened to what I really wanted AND found the one in my smaller budget. And had mimosas for all my ladies:)

K & B Bridals in Bel Air, MD. That's where I got mine and it's everything you are looking for! We had champagne and the girl who helped me, Emily, was wonderful! She got an idea of what I liked and even had me try on some she thought I would like too. My girls and I had a great time!

I went to Robinsons but I don't know if they'll have what you're looking for. What about stores that sell more prom dresses? If you have time to wait a month or two prom dresses will be everywhere! Edit: just saw you're 13 months out..you def have time to wait until prom season!

These are my absolute fave pins right now. This is why Pinterest is evil. It showed you all of these wonderful dresses but not necessarily where to find them in the real world http://i.imgur.com/oKb4PoM.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/DWp7PNo.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/EnUspRN.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/EU3Onp5.jpg

So one of the dresses you pinned looks like the Carol Hannah "Kensington". Are you keen on buying your dresses in a bridal store? Because there are tons and tons of dresses like the ones you picture on Etsy. And skirts to combine with an awesome top, e.g. [this](https://www.etsy.com/listing/472948530/) and [that](https://www.etsy.com/listing/481438857/). Maybe even check preownedweddingdresses.com? :)

I've definitely been combing Etsy and have saved some really great skirts. My issues are: I really want the dress store experience, I don't know what to wear as the top, and I'm terrified of ordering my wedding dress online. I'm starting to realize that I might just have to get over my 1 st issue to get exactly what I want.
