Check out makersrow.com. They mainly do apparel manufacturing sourcing but they are branching out and they might be able to connect you. Good site all around as it has a lot of articles and tutorials on production, design and manufacturing.

Here is a train of thought, though unverifed: What about "BEST BUY" - and "Best Products". I'm not at all sure, but I think you can put descriptors as you wish - like "fantastic, incredible, best!" such as "best chicken wings in town" And people know it's all b.s. marketing talk. I think you could name your product "Best Butter" and have a tagline "It's the best!" You could always have a "*" and in fine print say "according to our test group". I do think you run into situations when using other brand names to talk about in comparison - example: commercials with blind taste tests of cola - notice how they never say the names of the other colas, that's probably to avoid being sued.
I do agree with some of the posts above... if someone with big money decided to try and sue you, they could maybe win for personal damages or whatever, saying "I didn't think that butter was the best and feel decieved" Again, I'm just speculating and know nothing about legal cases in this matter.

Not sure if you want to do business directly with manufacturer, if not, you can talk with some wholesalers in the States, asking them to source the factory for, whether the factory is in China or Vietnam.
