It includes beginner crevasse rescue, setting ice anchors, avalanche training, building ice caves/winter camping, and technical ice climbing. The cost is higher and its more days, but it might be nice to knock out everything at once instead of a separate trip for each skill.

Brice Pollock, I was looking for something with dates sooner than July/August, so we can use them this climbing season. The International Alpine Advanced Mountaineering courses are in Feb/March. The ASI 1 day crevasse course that Matt mentioned are in late April, so I would like to lean towards those. If cost is the issue, then I would rather take the one day course and get it done sooner.

I I kinna liketh the option of a one day course. 100$1000 is quite of a steep course a bit too much thatn I would be willing to spend for having someone taking me ince climice climbing...
