David Francis, at Metro Tulsa Foot and Ankle. He has good credentials and correctly diagnosed my foot issue. Not sure how sympathetic he is towards runners but he knew I did multiple-sports

I agree with Green Country Podiatry! I've never seen Dr. Crotty, but the other one, whose name completely escapes me at the moment, is fab! He's doing my foot surgery later this month.

Serious problem: I have had plantar fasciitis symptoms for over 8 weeks now..does anyone have any suggestions for a podiatrist in the Tulsa area who specializes in...
Amanda J. replied:
I know it sounds crazy but my husband is a chiropractor and treats several patients for plantar fasciitis. Just a thought! He works at Bixby Chiropractic at 151 st & Memorial.
Sarah M. replied:
I actually would recommend one of two chiropractic doctors that specialize in sports/extremities... Dr. Van Antwerp or Dr. Cole... They will work on therapies to help stabilize connecting tissue and to stretch the plantar fascia... They'd also look to see what the cause is. Do you stretch at all? Come to the Blue Dome location and I can stow you the trigger point ball that might help relieve the pain.
