Scatter Creek Animal Clinic is great. It's a drive but I trust every doctor there. They are reasonably priced too, and I think you can pay 1/2 the day of and then the other 1/2 in a month.

The Oly Vet on the Westside on Harrson...They are really nice, and they will take payments...& they did a really good job with my kitty..
