I also highly recommend Adolf Brown at Yoga Barn - energy healing - and I'd never believe in that had he not healed me many many times over a decade. Many times for exactly what you describe. To me, he's just magic.

I had something similar last year although had trouble breathing along with it. I ended up taking valium and resting for a few days and eventually it subsided. Still don't know what it was and no amount of massage touched it - in fact I sobbed my way through a number of sessions and then went to Toya Medika for the hard stuff (they had no idea either).
