Talk to Frederique Nault - she's naturopath, French but been here about 30 years, she understands culture and 'beliefs'. She did a one hour consult with my house staff (although house staff too hard headed to change). She can definitely lay out nutrition, check vitals, and advise if Dr medical checkup needed.
