It depends where in Upminster you are. Avon Road Surgery is good but if you're based on the other side of Upminster there are more that will be closer to you x

Highly recommend Dr Aktah at Cranham village surgery, ingrebourne gardens. Have been registered for a few years and if I have ever got any worries he takes it seriously and has no problems referring and is so incredibly caring. Highly highly recommend. Welcome to the area also x

Cranham surgery in ingrebourne gardens. also has sister surgery in Upminster down corbets tey road. Have been with them over 40 years. If you call at 8 am you will be given an appointment that day. Or you can book in for another day to see one of 5 doctors if yours is not free. Good luck
