Like Debbie Hedges I would thoroughly recommend a chiropractor. Grayson Nolan at Billericay Chiropractic Centre, 01277 631025. They also have an x-ray machine there is needed. Excellent place, also has sports massage etc. Around £40 unless on a "plan" then it's cheaper.
